The site is static HTML served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and performance; we do not run advertising trackers. If we add analytics, it will be a privacy-preserving service that does not use cookies, and this notice will be updated.
Quote requests
When you submit the quote form or email us, we keep your name, company, email, country and the specification you send. We use it only to answer the enquiry and, if you confirm, to introduce you to a factory. The factory then receives the enquiry details so it can quote. We do not sell or rent enquiry data.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on orders and referral fees, then deleted. Email quotes@scaffoldcoupler.com at any time to have your data corrected or deleted.
